Position: Intake Clerk/Data Entry
Basic Functions: Performs high level administrative and secretarial duties and responsibilities. Generates reports for technical, statistical and narrative reports, letters, memos, presentations and other informational materials utilizing a variety of computer software. Assist in client orientation. Maintain calendar, schedule appointments and ensures clients requested services and/or information are received.

Education,  Any combination equivalent to graduation from an accredited college with an Associate’s degree in office administration with two (2) years of experience related to the duties and responsibilities of the position preferred; or satisfactory combination of training and experience. Proficient user of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Ability to successfully pass background check and drug test.

Position:
Sr. Accounting Analyst
Manage grant administration functions of the organization (i.e., billings, recording, cash management and reporting). Perform basic accounts receivable duties for other revenue sources (i.e., donations, fundraisers, memberships, auxiliaries, etc.). Perform general accounting functions, including monthly and year end closing, financial statement preparation, asset inventory, posting and journalizing transactions in general ledger, and assisting with yearend audit by outside accounting firms.

Education,  Bachelor’s degree required. Six (6) years of professional accounting experience with a competent understanding of basic accounting principles and grants billing administration. QuickBooks Pro experience required. Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Word is required.

Experience with not-for-profit organizations is preferred.

Time management and organizational, communication and file maintenance skills are required.
