Position: Reimbursement Assistant
Department: Childcare
Basic Functions: Provide clerical support to the Finance Department and will be responsible for screening all incoming provider timesheets for accuracy and returning those that don’t meet the standard for acceptance. This position will also maintain all provider files as well as the filing for the Comptroller.
Education: High school diploma with experience in bookkeeping; minimum one (1) year experience.

Department: Childcare
Basic Functions: Assist families with subsidy applications, establish initial eligibility for programs, enroll families into the program, and provide on-going case management.
Education: Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience in social work and/or early childhood education. Minimum one (1) year experience.

Department: BTOP
Basic Functions: Has excellent presentation skills, self-motivation, strong command of computer knowledge and several years of classroom training experience. Candidate must also have the ability to develop lesson plans and activities for computer classes and the ability to diversify teaching methods to adapt to the individual participant needs. Assists participants and computer trainers at an intermediate to advanced level in a variety of settings. Weekday, weekend and evening shifts available.
Education: Proficient user and teacher of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.Bachelor’s degree preferred. Bilingual preferred but not required
